- A 6' x 2' 6" table and one chair will be supplied at each fair ( unless otherwise indicated)
- You need to inform us if you are using your own stand/s ( they must fit 6' space)
- Stands will be allocated on a "first come first served basis"
- A cheque for the full amount of the booking must be submitted with the booking form
- Receipt of your cheque & booking form will be acknowledged by email within four days
- Items represented will be as varied as possible with only 10% allocated to any one type
- Free tea and coffee will be provided to exhibitors where possible
- Receipts will be issued at the fairs
- All exhibitors must have public liability insurance. You may be asked to produce proof
- All items offered for sale must be handmade by the exhibitor
- Any electrical equipment used by exhibitors must be PAT tested and certificated and labelled
- Exhibitors must be set up and ready to trade at the appropriate time
- Under NO circumstances must exhibitors pack up before the designated finish time
